When an employee is going to retire
Employers with collective agreements pay the pension insurances for their employees, known as occupational pension. The occupational pension is a supplement to the national pension. For blue collar workers this is called Avtalspension SAF-LO, while for white collar workers it is ITP 2 or ITP 2.

Blue collar workers
Checklist when a blue collar worker retires
Explain to the future pensioner that they have to apply for their pension themselves. They have to do two things: Fora automatically terminates the insurances at age 65. If the employee retires earlier, you must deregister the retired person with Fora.
White collar workers

Eplain to the future pensioner that they have to apply for their pension themselves. They have to do two things: If the employee stops working before retirement age, you have to terminate the insurances for the person. You do this with Collectum.
